We look to invest in companies with an Enterprise Value of $120m
Profitable
We prefer companies that are profitable with strong, free cash flow
Growth Stage
We prefer companies in the growth or expansion stages of their business life cycle
Co-Investment
We prefer that existing shareholders and management co-invest with us to ensure that everyone's financial interests are aligned
Cornerstone
We prefer to be a cornerstone shareholder and expect to have representation and oversight

Initial Assessment
We aim to find businesses that match our investment criteria but have a flexible mandate to pursue opportunities that don’t tick all the boxes
If we say no, we’ll be upfront why that is and may be able to help point you in the right direction to more suitable investors
Indicative Offer
We will make an indicative offer outlining the price and broad terms
We prefer to co-invest alongside existing shareholders and so our offer will typically be to purchase a 25% - 50% share
Due Diligence
We will drill down into the ‘nitty gritty’ of the business
Our indicative offer usually relies on certain assumptions that we will seek to verify during due diligence
We often get external help from financial and legal advisors at this stage of the process
