Investment company Rangatira Investments today announced that Godfrey Boyce has been appointed as a non-executive Director to its Board from 1 December 2024.

Godfrey was CEO of KPMG New Zealand for 7 1⁄2 years, until his retirement from the partnership in 2023. He had a long and very successful career in consultancy with them, including over 20 years as lead Audit and Advisory Partner, servicing clients in New Zealand and Australia. He holds a BCA (Victoria University, Wellington), is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and member of the Institute of Finance Professionals New Zealand (INFINZ).

Chairman David Pilkington said, “Godfrey brings extremely strong financial and risk management capability, and his appointment further strengthens an already solid Board, and we welcome him to Rangatira”.
