Investment company Rangatira Investments today announced that Michael Boggs has been appointed as a non-executive Director to its Board from 1 September 2024.

Michael has been CEO at New Zealand Media and Entertainment (NZME) since 2016 and is a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants. Prior to NZME Michael had extensive senior executive experience in the insurance sector and a significant background in telecommunications and technology. He will bring strong finance experience, CEO leadership and M&A exposure to the Board.

Chairman David Pilkington said, “This appointment will bolster an already strong Board and Michael brings with him robust strategic thinking and commercial acumen, and we welcome him to the Board”.
