Investment company Rangatira Limited today announced Simon Till will be appointed as a non-executive Director to its Board effective from 1 November 2025.

Simon brings over three decades of commercial and global capital markets experience. His background spans senior leadership roles and extensive experience in both corporate finance and investment banking, including mergers and acquisitions and equity and debt capital markets.

Most recently, Simon was Acting Chief Financial Officer at Fonterra Co-operative Group, where he played an important role in the co-operative’s financial strategy and capital markets engagement. Prior to Fonterra, he held senior roles in investment banking, serving as a global Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking in New Zealand at Credit Suisse (the New Zealand business now Jarden), and advising on many of New Zealand’s landmark corporate and capital markets transactions.
