Bio-Strategy has acquired VWR's lab supplies businesses in Australia and New Zealand

Bio-Strategy has completed the acquisition of VWR’s lab supplies businesses in Australia and New Zealand, including Papua New Guinea and the Pacific Islands. As part of the transaction, Bio-Strategy also becomes VWR’s exclusive distributor in each of these locations.

Rangatira purchased a 70% shareholding in Bio-Strategy in June 2015. Bio-Strategy is a growing distributor of equipment and supplies to laboratories in research, medicine, manufacturing and industry throughout Australia and New Zealand. The business provides a comprehensive product range and complete service, including applications and technical support, to a broad range of private and public sector clients.
