Appointment of Deputy Chairman

Following the resignation of Mr. Peter McKenzie from the roles of director and deputy chairman of Rangatira Limited, the board has appointed existing director, Mr. David Pilkington, as the new deputy chairman.

Mr. Pilkington is chairman of Rangatira Group company, Hellers Limited, and a director of Contract Resources Ltd. He also sits on the boards of Balance Agri-Nutrients, Douglas Pharmaceuticals, Port of Tauranga, Prevar (chairman), Restaurant Brands (chairman), Ruapehu Alpine Lifts and the Zespri Group; he is a trustee of the New Zealand Community Trust and a member of the Wellington City Council Audit & Risk Management Committee.
